How long does it take to receive my embosser?

Does it use ink?
No ink, ever. The embosser creates a clean raised impression directly into the paper.

How do I attach the seal to the handle?
Slide the seal clip straight into the front of the handle until it sits flush. It's a snug fit, so keep it level and press firmly. To remove it, pull it straight back out.
