Every embosser is made to order, just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to your door.

Production Time

Because every embosser is custom-made to your exact design and name, we need a little time to craft it before it ships. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

These are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, or public holidays outside our control.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimums, no codes needed — it's included automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey at any time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at thesealhouse.com/pages/contact and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is significantly overdue, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If your package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
