We want you to love your embosser. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no fine print.
Our 90-Day Guarantee
Every order is backed by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your embosser — for any reason — contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We stand behind every embosser we ship. You shouldn't have to settle for anything less than perfect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your embosser arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, please contact us immediately at thesealhouse.com/pages/contact with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item and packaging if possible
We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days of your message — no need to return the item.
Incorrect Personalization
If we made an error with your personalization — wrong name, wrong design, or anything that doesn't match what you ordered — we'll reprint and reship at no charge, immediately.
Please note: if the personalization matches exactly what was entered at checkout, we're unable to offer a free reprint. Always double-check your name or initials before placing your order.
Change of Mind Returns
Because every embosser is custom-made to order with your personal details, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.
However, if you're unhappy with the quality for any reason, our 90-day guarantee still applies — just reach out and we'll work with you.
Order Cancellations
Production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at thesealhouse.com/pages/contact.
- Within 12 hours of ordering: Full cancellation and refund in most cases
- After 12 hours: Production may have already started — we'll do our best but cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
